One of our highest priorities concerning our club culture is that our players continue to grow while still enjoying the game! They should want to come to practice every night. They should be excited for tournaments and matches!
When they think of volleyball they should smile! It's not always rainbows and unicorns but we can make it better! We are always ready to work...but happy workers make better players!
